If you are new to yoga, let this be the class you start your journey with!

Whether you are a complete beginner or would like to brush up on the basics, this 3 part course is the perfect way to build solid foundations. We will be covering how to connect movement with breath and the basic alignment principles of the most common yoga poses. But don't worry, it's not all technical but rather gives you the opportunity to move, breathe, connect with your body, feel grounded and even get a sweat on.

This course consists of 3 pre-recorded online classes that cover the basics of a vinyasa flow yoga practice. The classes are fun, light-hearted and interactive and I truly believe that they are a wonderful way to start a regular practice.
